Mary Anne Grimmell left this earth on Tuesday,
November 30, 2010.
This wonderful lady leaves behind a wonderful and
deep legacy of
dedication to the Arabian horse breed.
A Charter
Member and past Vice President of Insallah AHC and
affectionately known as "MAG," Mary Anne contributed
over 30 years of her life to our Arabian horse.
From breeding to showing to becoming a licensed
equine assessor, horse-show steward and judge plus
serving as the (IAHA) International Arabian Horse
Association's "first lady" when her husband was
President of this organization, IAHA's Region 10
Director, then elected to IAHA's 2nd Vice President
and moving up the Chairs to President in 1996, MAG
was well known for her positive impact on the
Arabian horse breed.
A short
book is currently in the process of being written
giving more details of this terrific lady's
influence and good work. When published,
