In 2008, Vicky
Rich, Region 2 Director, presented Annette with
a certificate for an oil painting of the horse of her
choice to be created by Carol Newell Walter of Bakersfield,
California. This painting was the result of an Insallah
Arabian Horse Club eBay auction.
Pictured below is the presentation of the certificate
announcing the auction win being awarded to Annette.

This beautiful
painting of Annette's mare, ADF Scarlet O'Hara has now
been completed by artist
Carol Newell Walter of Bakersfield!
Insallah Arabian Horse Club congratulate Annette for her
many years of dedication to Region 2 and the
Arabian horse.
Annette
Wells has served as Region 2 Treasurer since 1998!
Pictured above is Annette's Scarlet
O'Hara and her trainer, Patience Prine-Carr. In just over a
year of showing, this young 1/2 Fresian, 1/2-Arabian
mare as won her Supreme Legion of Honor/Merit by winning
in both the open and amateur classes in the Sport Horse
division including in-hand, under saddle and dressage.
Her honors include wins at Scottsdale, open shows and
Sport Horse Nationals.
Annette is also a member of the
Insallah Arabian Horse Club. Insallah AHC
congratulates Annette and Patience and is very
pleased to have been instrumental in providing the eBay
auction which Region 2 won and has now presented the
above oil painting of Scarlet to Annette!
